1. Windows + I로 설정을 엽니다.
2. 개인 정보 및 보안 → Windows 보안으로 이동합니다.
3. 바이러스 및 위협 방지 → 설정 관리를 엽니다.
4. 다운로드 전 실시간 보호를 끔으로 변경합니다.
5. 클라이언트 폴더 제외 설정을 마치면 같은 화면에서 실시간 보호를 켬으로 되돌립니다.

1. 시작 메뉴에서 Windows 보안을 검색해 실행합니다.
2. 바이러스 및 위협 방지 → 설정 관리로 이동합니다.
3. 아래쪽 제외 → 제외 추가 또는 제거를 누릅니다.
4. 제외 사항 추가 → 폴더를 선택합니다.
5. Updater.exe가 들어 있는 클라이언트 폴더 전체를 등록합니다.

다운로드한 파일이 자동으로 삭제되거나 업데이트 중 Error 4가 발생한다면 폴더 제외 설정을 확인해 주세요. 이미 삭제된 파일은 제외 설정 후 다시 다운로드하거나 업데이트해야 합니다.

data/dk.core 또는 Updater.exe에 스마트 앱 컨트롤 차단 메시지가 표시되면 아래 순서대로 설정해 주세요.

1. 게임과 Updater.exe를 종료합니다.
2. 시작 메뉴에서 Windows 보안을 엽니다.
3. 앱 및 브라우저 컨트롤 → 스마트 앱 컨트롤 설정으로 이동합니다.
4. 켬 상태에서 차단된다면 아래 주의사항을 읽고, 신뢰하는 클라이언트인지 확인한 뒤 끔을 선택합니다.
5. Updater.exe를 다시 실행해 업데이트한 뒤 게임을 시작합니다.

끄면 PC 전체의 스마트 앱 컨트롤 보호가 해제됩니다. 최신 Windows 업데이트에서는 다시 켤 수 있지만, 이전 버전은 PC 초기화·재설치가 필요할 수 있으니 변경 전 화면 안내를 확인해 주세요.

항목이 없거나 이미 끔이면 이 단계는 건너뜁니다. Defender 폴더 제외 안내도 확인해 주세요. Microsoft 공식 안내 (새 탭)

1. 클라이언트를 종료합니다.
2. 클라이언트 폴더의 data\info\Resolution.inf 파일을 메모장으로 엽니다.
3. ForceMultiMonitorMode 항목이 있으면 값을 1로 변경하고, 없으면 아래 줄을 추가합니다.

ForceMultiMonitorMode: 1

파일을 저장한 뒤 클라이언트를 다시 실행합니다.

1. Windows 설정 → 시간 및 언어 → 날짜 및 시간을 엽니다.
2. 자동으로 시간 설정과 자동으로 표준 시간대 설정을 켭니다.
3. 표준 시간대가 (UTC+09:00) 서울인지 확인합니다.
4. 지금 동기화를 누릅니다.
5. 런처를 완전히 종료한 뒤 다시 실행합니다.

1. 클라이언트를 설치한 폴더를 엽니다. Updater.exe가 있는 폴더입니다.
2. 같은 폴더 안의 Fail.log 파일을 찾습니다.
3. 오류 확인을 위해 Fail.log 파일을 운영자에게 보내 주세요.

1. Press Windows + I to open Settings.
2. Go to Privacy & security → Windows Security.
3. Open Virus & threat protection → Manage settings.
4. Before downloading, set Real-time protection to Off.
5. After adding the client folder exclusion, return to this screen and set real-time protection to On.

1. Search for Windows Security in the Start menu and open it.
2. Go to Virus & threat protection → Manage settings.
3. Scroll down to Exclusions → Add or remove exclusions.
4. Select Add an exclusion → Folder.
5. Add the entire client folder that contains Updater.exe.

If downloaded files disappear automatically or an update fails with Error 4, check the folder exclusion. After adding the exclusion, download again or run the updater to restore any deleted files.

If a Smart App Control block message appears for data/dk.core or Updater.exe, follow these steps.

1. Close the game and Updater.exe.
2. Open Windows Security from Start.
3. Go to App & browser control → Smart App Control settings.
4. If On and blocking the client, read the warning below. Choose Off only if you trust the client.
5. Restart Updater.exe, update, and start the game.

Turning it off removes this protection across your PC. Recent Windows updates allow re-enabling; older versions may require a reset or reinstall. Read the on-screen notice first.

1. Close the game client.
2. Open data\info\Resolution.inf in the client folder using Notepad.
3. If ForceMultiMonitorMode exists, change its value to 1. If it is missing, add the following line.

ForceMultiMonitorMode: 1

Save the file, then launch the client again.

1. Open Windows Settings → Time & language → Date & time.
2. Turn on Set time automatically and Set time zone automatically.
3. Check that the time zone is (UTC+09:00) Seoul.
4. Click Sync now.
5. Completely close the launcher, then open it again.

1. Open your client installation folder, where Updater.exe is located.
2. Find Fail.log in that same folder.
3. Send the Fail.log file to the server operator so they can investigate the error.
